From Dayr al-Qasi

Village records & surviving places.

The archive begins with the village itself — its map, its homes, its paintings and the documents that connect our family to Dayr al-Qasi.

A home that still stands

The home of Abdil Majid Abdullah.

The home of Abdil Majid Abdullah is one of the Sadeq family homes in Dayr al-Qasi that still stands today. Its stone exterior and remarkable painted interiors remain a rare physical connection to the village and to the lives lived there before 1948.
